MOVEMENT PREPARATION IN GROUPS

If you are nervous in your body and want to feel comfortable again, but you are not determined or simply do not want to exercise alone, join the group traning.
I will help you to learn a wide range of exercises and teach you when and how to use them. At the same time, in the group you will meet equally attuned and determined people who will motivate you the right way and support you at critical moments.

Exercises to improve mobility and flexibility

Exercise against scoliosis
You will acquire different breathing techniques to regain control of your emotions
Trainning can be conducted in English or German
